Took provided concept art and 3d real time model.

1.Unwrapped real time model
2.Created high poly model for normal map generation (Zbrush2).
3.Created Normal, Bump, Spec, and Shade map
4.Combined Normal and Bump
5.Lit model

Results

Unwrapping -2hr 30 min
Hi Poly Creation - 4hr 30mins
Texture Mapping - 8hr 30 mins

Total - ~16 hours with projection at 15-25
